My home warranty company initially assigned me to Jacobs Plumbing, but when I spoke with him, he rudely told me that he doesn't work on tankless water heaters and I should find someone else. He actually did me a favor because I ended up with HUSBAND FOR HIRE. Best repair experience I've ever had! Art was very friendly, arrived on time, and definitely knows everything about water heaters! In fact, Art is a water heater specialist. He explained every step to me along the way and I never felt "left in the dark". None of the negative reviews on this site describe Art or his service in any way, according to my experience. I hope that people will not judge Art/HUSBAND FOR HIRE by those negative reviews without also considering his responses to them. I've used a home warranty service for many years and understand their limitations. Unfortunately, many folks do not, and unfairly choose to take their frustration out on the service provider. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Art at HUSBAND FOR HIRE and I HIGHLY recommend this Plumbing/Water Heater Repair Specialist! They're top-notch A++++!!

Needed garbage disposal replaced. Our insurance company contacted Honey Bee to come out. They called us and stated they would be here between 1 and 4. Art arrived here at 2, did the repairs in no time. Very satisfied with the service. Would use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Art..

Professional Great Service on a New Heater Installed

Not dependable. Doesn't complete job. Honey bee (Arturo) went out to fix water heater. Water heater could no longer be fixed had to be replaced. Honeybee was assigned to replace water heater on a Tuesday. Called Arturo said he was going to finish job that day, but never came in. Called him Wednesday said the same thing, never came in. Called him Thursday several times no answer (can't leave msg because voicemail full... how convenient). Called him private on Friday. No answer. Point is this person is not professional. I wouldn't bother on writing a review but I just found out this has happened to several other people, so since their is no warning for this guy on the internet. Here is your warning guys.
