Had our yearly check today with Griffin Plumbing. Jose was amazing. Had a few questions for him and he didn't rush me or brush me off. Took the time and made sure I was understanding the explanation. Thanks again for another great visit. Cindy

James did an excellent job. Thorough. Educator. Kind. Though the cost of the product and the service is high, there is a quality in the service which continues to give peace even after they left; knowing they stand behind their work.

Courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service technician. Griffin prices "by the job" which is estimated on site after paying a $59 visitation charge. If the job takes a long time or proves to be difficult, this is a good deal; however, if the repair is simple and doesn't take long, then it is expensive. Unfortunately, the customer doesn't know which it will be before the job is done. Hence the 4 vs 5 stars.
