Torrance Plumbing and Rooter

My first call was at 730pm and the call center got my info and said the tech would contact me. 30 min go by and i called them back and they said the tech isn't answering his phone. You'd think they'd call .me back to tell me this. so I asked them to please try and call again while I wait on the line, the operator did her part and tried again and still no answer. 2 hrs and nothing. If you're trying to call them during an emergency or in the evening for service don't bother. especially if your in the south bay, they have 1 tech on call.

Only plumber I use is Torrance Plumbing and Rooter. Called them many times and they show up right away. Excellent service, good price, all around good plumber. Very hard to find good plumbers anymore. Would recommend to anyone.

Torrance Plumbing and Rooter came out after we called for an emergency plumbing repair. We came home from work and the washing machine faucet was spraying water everywhere. They fixed it and replaced both faucets and they are perfect. The mess was cleaned up and the washer is working again.

We had 3 different plumbing companies come to our house before we committed to letting Torrance Plumbing and Rooter do the work. They were, by far, the most professional and friendly! We have given out their information to all of our family and friends. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
