Same Day Appliance & Refrigeration Services

Have called 5 times and had our customer attempt to call. The first 2 calls were answered by a woman who took down our info and the customers info and was supposedly giving the info to the guy that works that area. No phone calls were ever made to us or the customer. The latest 3 calls by us went to voicemail. The voicemail says a different name than "Same Day Appliance" and suggests that they will likely call you within 10 minutes of you leaving a message. So "Same Day Appliance" must mean that they forget about you the "Same Day" that you request a common apliance repair. That 1 star is only for the politeness of the woman that answered the first 2 calls. Good luck. Better off doing it yourself. Our customer just called us to say that she spoke with the same lady. She claimed that this was the first time she heard of about the requested repair. The same repair that she supposedly recorded the info for us and the customer TWICE. If you don't want to do the job, just say you're not interested and both parties can be satisfied with the results. Ignoring messages and lying pretty ridiculous business practices.
