As a new homeonwer, I called in an emergency (water was gushing!) ... Rick talked me through likely problem and referred me to the heating company who installed our oil-fired hot water tank. The first THREE plumbers refused to talk through details and wanted to, in coming days, come out and look at it ... before presumably telling me they don't work on oil-fired tanks (or worse, finding a problem beyond the fuel company's free fix!)
