Worst customer service ever. Called for service, had a 7-9am service call. Around 9:15 am called dispatch to find out what happen to my service call. I was told that they had moved other appointments in front of mine, because it was not a emergency. Well why would I have called if I did not have a emergency! Then I was told someone would be to my home in a hour. Two hours later, still no show. I called them back and they told me that dispatch was busy and they would call you back. Waited 20 minutes with no returned phone call. Finally called and cancelled and hired someone else. Do yourself a favor, do not call Roto-Rooter.

So my room mate calls to have the drain snaked when I'm out of town. Says he called roto rooter-I'm like you're kidding I've heard nothing good about them. He says he called once before for the same problem and was charged $100 to fix it. The guy comes out and charges him $250 for the same issue. Three days later its clogged again. I call back and they want another $250. Total waste of money. Called someone else that gave me a one month guarantee for half the price.
