I first called Don Shriver's because of a blocked sewer line - called at 8am and they had the line cleared before 10am. After jetting and running the video scope Jeremy found that the line had been damaged from local utility work that had taken place a few months earlier. They were able to provide the video directly to the engineering office at the City and worked closely with the utility's contractors to schedule repairs to the line. Don even gave me his personal cell phone number so we could coordinate the repair process. I was extremely impressed by the hard work and professionalism of both Don and Jeremy. We will absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors experiencing plumbing issues!
