My family had pipes burst under their trailor, after being frozen. They called Rodney Smith, he refused to come out because he's never been there before! What a Christian!! You would think a great churchgoer, like Rodney, would go help a fellow human being with an emergency during sub freezing weather. I'll pray for you as I go to sleep at night in hopes you practice what you preach.

I've had RBS out to the house a few times. First was a plumbing call and the guys were polite, professional, fast and tidy. They installed a new toilet and fixed some drainage problems for about half the price of another company's estimate. This past summer they installed a new central air unit for us and again, their guys couldn't have been better. They left my garage and yard cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. Their prices are great, they are quick with estimates and they will explain everything to you completely to make sure you are satisfied before they say the job is done. Great company to do business with.
