With sewage backing up in my basement this afternoon and no response from desperate messages to your office, Oliver Plumbing at $403 cost, confirmed that the new warranty ejector pump surges/shorts out. When will you take care of my problem with pump and the cost of $403 paid to Oliver. marvin
