I find Fragoso Plumbing reliable and skilled. I'm about to call them for the fifth time over three years. Lalo has installed all bathroom plumbing and fixtures twice previously, figured out the source of a leak in a three story condo, and cleared drains. Now he is going to remove the Jacuzzi tub and replace all fixtures in a remodeled master bath. He is generous with his knowledge -- I always ask lots of questions. He also works directly with builders, so I'm patient when I call because I like his services.

Horrible experience. Due to their lack of professionalism my mother had to boil water in order to shower. Their technician installed a new boiler but forgot to change an old plastic seals, which resulted in leaving the pipe lose. The plastic was damaged and water ended up going inside the boiler. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions they had the audacity to blame my family or perhaps a "burglar" for altering their work.
