Two guys came out and went above and beyond there duties so I could be back up and running. They were extremely helpful. they made sure everything worked so I won't have problems in the future.

Saturday afternoon we had a loud alarm sound on our pump box. Called the number on the box and they had a technician call me back. Paul called and after an unsuccessful attempt to fix it over the phone he traveled down to us. He was absolutely amazing!! We were having people over that night so I was worried. He told me not to worry and that he would make sure to get it fixed. Took him about an hour and things were working perfectly. He then explained everything to us and was on his way. Paul was amazing and super nice. Thanks so much!!!

Chris was a very nice young gentleman who explained our problem to me in a way that I could understand. He took the time to help me become knowledgeable about how a grinder pump works and why we needed ours replaced. He showed me the pump and explained what it happened to it over the years. He also informed me of ways that we could keep our pump functioning properly for a longer period of time. I would highly recommend Chris and this company if you ever need your grinder replaced or serviced.

Our technician Mike was wonderful. He came within a few hours of our calling and finished the work quickly. We couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!

Grinder pump went out in Arrowhead Lake, Pocono Lake, PA. Called at 8:00 am Saturday morning and Mike Adams called me back within a few minutes. He is very knowledgeable and walked me through a few tests. We arranged for work on Monday. Shortly after 9:00 am Monday, Pete Pywar called to say he was on his way. Pete called and gave me a rundown on what needed to be done, how the damage happened, and what I can do to prevent it. He called after the work was done and explained again what he did.
