We used Timothy Off Heating & Air to convert our electrical heating/cooling system to gas & they did an excellent job! So when it was time to add central air to our shore house this year, they were the only ones we called. They were knowledgeable, clean and efficient. They were able to do the job in 2 days. And you wouldn’t even have known there were 3 men working the job. The house was left very clean and all the work was seamless. We’re beyond satisfied with the level of professionalism & quality of work. I’d recommend Timothy Off Heating & Air to both family and friends! And I’ll continue to use them to service our units.

Great service. Technicians are thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and explain things. I use them for multiple properties and am very happy with their service. The people I talk to on the phone at their office are also very friendly, Helpful and thorough.
On the hottest day of the summer (100 degrees on a Saturday) my A/C unit stopped working. I didn't think I would be able to get anyone out until Sunday or more likely Monday. I called Timothy Off, left a message and got a return call within 20 minutes. He gave me a 2 hour window, 1 to 3pm, to have someone out to get me going. Sure enough a tech (Jim) showed up at 1:10 and got me up and running. No pressure to upsell like many others and the price was very fair and reasonable. Great Service!
