Mr. Handyman of Easton, E Bethlehem and Nazareth

I had Mr Handyman come out to help with many projects. Painted my kitchen, changed my shower head, caulked my shower shall and hung some very fragile pictures. He did a fabulous job. Will be calling them again in the near future for them to come out and help with my Christmas decorations.

Very poor experience hiring Mr. Handyman to wall mount a TV for me and hide power cords behind the drywall. 1. When getting an initial quote, I was the work would likely be done in an hour, at most 90 mins, resulting in a quote of $160-$200. Upon arrival, the technician said he was told it was a TV mounting only, and nothing about hiding power cords behind drywall. I have proof from Angie's List that I informed them of the in-wall power kit. As a result, this would take multiple hours, definitely not 1. Ended up taking 3.5 hours and costing me $350. 2. My appointment was time was 12-1 on a Monday. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate this. However, at 11AM that day, I was told the technician was stuck at another job and couldn't get to me until 2 or 3pm. Edit: I spoke to the tech who was more than happy to help resolve my issues. He was great. The hourly pricing structure was what stopped me from saying anything at the time of install. After the time misquote, I was hesitant to point out my concerns, causing the tech to stay even longer and costing more money. The TV was on the wall at least, so I wanted to see if I could live with the height before reaching out.

The service I got from the beginning to the end was AWESOME! Very Professional and Down to Earth. Michelle was GREAT to deal with. Freddy was on Time, Professional and Polite. I don’t do Reviews, but this is the Exception. I had called and left a message after the work was done after business hours just inquiring about something and I expected a call back probably sometime during the week and with in 30min Michelle call me back. Now I don’t answer numbers I don’t know, but she left a message which she could have said “no answer” no call back” but she left a message. I return her call and she took care of my inquiry. For anyone that needs a Handyman Give them a call. ????????
