I have called them three times to schedule for a quote for a new humidifier and I have still not got a call from anyone. They call themselves “ Quickest Response on the Main Line”

I called Burnside Plumbing after a frozen pipe ruptured in our downstairs family room ceiling. They responded immediately and were at my front door within an hour. Their timely response helped to avoid further damage and their courteousness and kindness were reassuring following this experience which did a fair amount of damage. Their return call to repair the pipe was also timely in the midst of what has been a busy winter season The technician was very helpful and took time to explain the repairs as well as steps that were needed to avoid further difficulty with this pipe.
