Bobby Kellog was the technician who installed our new water heater. I can definitely say that Bobby set the standard by which all technicians should be evaluated by. Upon his arrival and throughout the entire service he was professional, courteous and patient. Bobby was very through in explaining the costs associated with the installation and the process involving building code regulations. His workmanship was superb! Thank you to Fast Water Heater Company. Perfect job they explained the current code requirements before the tech arrived so there was no suprises. They tech Arthur was very professional and identified our house water regulator was not set to 80 PSI to code was was at 100 PSI we also found my old regulator was not adjustable. I had time to go to Home Depot and save some money and they placed it for me. Excellent job. Two thumbs up.

Erick and his helper Jason (?) were terrific. They came originally to assess suitability at the location for a tankless water heater and to give a quote. On installation day they arrived on time to install the water heater quickly and efficiently. The old tank was removed and taken away. Both workers were polite, accommodating, and gave excellent advice on the product. I highly recommend this company and these two employees especially. The new water heater works beautifully. Alejandro was exceptionally helpful and installed my new water heater and took out my old water heater in difficult circumstances. The water heater I ordered did not fit in the small shed where the old water heater was but he had a size in his truck that did fit. He got the old water heater out, which was a very tight squeeze and he even had to enlarge the opening. He did everything with a very good and uplifting attitude and was very pleasant at all times. He explained everything he did and showed me all the features of the new water heater. I am very impressed by his work ethic and am glad he was the technician to install my new water heater.
