Had some work done today at my house in S.Jersey.. The most friendliest ,professional and knowledgeable plumbers I've ever had. I believe his name was Jim . Great and professional service and I highly recommend this company to anyone. If I ever need any plumbing work done again , they will be the first and only company I call. The only thing I didn't agree with the $15.00 service fee for using my credit card.

We used plumbarama to design and install our natural gas fireplace insert. They have come out each year for a routine cleaning and servicing. They have been professional, knowledgeable and nice every single time. I would use them in a heartbeat. Great family business.

Plumbarama has been fixing plumbing problems in my home for over 20 years. Everything from routine maintenance, bath remodels, and radiant heat installation. Everyone has been great,. Scott and Brian have done most of the work. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and completely professional.

Horrible, horrific, horrendous!!!!! I had the displeasure of having this company do work to my home after a devastating total loss house fire in 2014. 99% of our plumbing was replaced and brand new installed. One would think all new plumbing should equal no problems, WRONG!!!! The first week that we moved back in all of our plumbing backed up and it's been that way for the last 4 years! I contacted Plumbarama, they sent a technician out and he "supposedly" fixed the issue- WRONG!!! Back up, after back up continued! I contacted them again and was told I needed to speak with the owner Scott, who lacks some much needed customer service skills. This last and final backup was the worse by far and left me with no use of any of my plumbing. Everything was backed up and we couldn't shower, use any of our toilets, I was at my breaking point. This happened on a Thursday evening, so first thing Friday I contacted them. I waited for Scott to call me, however it wasn't until the following Tuesday that I finally heard back from him. I even called their useless "emergency" line on Saturday, but never received a return call. This was not at all surprising considering my experience up until this point. Anyway, being extremely desperate I contacted another AMAZING plumbing company (Buzz Duzz Plumbing) who dispatched immediately and very quickly pinpointed my very, very serious issue. Their findings explained everything and why since moving back in after the fire restoration we experienced back up after backup. There were a half dozen contractor rags shoved into my pipes. These were all extracted from my roof vent. There is no possible way that these made it in there by accident. This was malicious and definitely occurred during the post fire construction and plumbing installation. You be the judge! In addition to this issue there were a few other things that were done shoddily, namely my upstairs faucet, my outdoor spigots and my kitchen sink leaks. Plumbarama lacks in a lot of areas, customer service, expertise, craftsmanship, humanity, etc... Consumers beware.
