Had a bizarre experience with them. I wanted to get a quote on replacing my A/C unit. Sales rep came by my home on a Monday morning, looked things over, and told me he'd get back to me by the end of the week. Friday, after 5pm, I texted the sales rep since I still hadn't heard from him, and he told me that they had to decline the work opportunity. I wasted a week waiting for them and they wouldn't even give me a quote on the work. Just terrible customer service. Cannot recommend at all.
They are great people for service and advise. They also honor our veterans, when you go across the bridge on 150 next to Creekside restaurant they have a very large billboard thanking us vetrerans. Once again they love our Lord and Savior Jesus and are very honest company.
I had no AC, my wife was out of town, and I had to work during the day, so timing was important. Redmond's came through. They met my schedule and fixed my AC in a professional and courteous manner.
Technician's are always extremely courteous and efficient. Since I started using RCC I have encountered no heating or cooling problems. Would strongly recommend!
