Lou came out on a Sunday afternoon on the hottest weekend of the year and confirmed that my system needed to be replaced. Tom was very responsive and quoted the new system Monday morning. He suggested a dual fuel system which will save us a ton of money on oil. Lou was back the following Monday while we were on vacation and installed everything. The new system works great and the workmanship is top notch. Donnelly's made the whole process easy and I would highly recommend them.
I had issues with my heat pump & called Donnelly’s after seeing an ad in the best of Montgomery County. From the first person I spoke with I was impressed. Dave, was my tech. He was friendly, very professional. Identified himself before he came into my home. Looked over the job, gave me an estimate and time frame and finished within that time frame. He explained everything before and explained all the repairs after. Great job!
Amazing experience! Technician was here on time and I explained him the problem and he immediately reviewed the system and completed his diagnosis and priced the labor and parts to fix the issues. He upgraded our the old drain pipes that were running into ground with a little giant pump and connected the pipe to sump pit. He also cleaned the evaporators coil and checked the compressor and added R22. Very reliable service and knowledgeable technician! May be little bit on the pricey side. We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend Donelly’s
The technician William was very helpful in explaining some plumbing issues I had in addition to replacing my kitchen garbage disposal. He prepared an estimate for a sump pump replacement and water heater replacement as I requested. He was very efficient in completing the work in excellent fashion. I will be scheduling a sump pump replacement very soon. I highly recommend William and Donnelly's for plumbing needs.
