Drain Right Plumbing Services

Very good customer service. I called Drain Right Plumbing for an estimate of a sewer pipe repair. They came the next day, quickly located the crack with their camera and provided me with a very reasonable repair estimate. I will definitely call them when I am ready to do it.

I normally don't write reviews, mainly because I don't have the time but I wanted to make it a priority because of the service that was provided by Juan Guzman and his assistant Danny. I tend to attempt to fix things on my own or search "how to" videos on youtube for multiple reasons. After struggling for a while, I realized that I needed professional help. One thing I found true about business is that the way you talk to people goes a long way, no matter the situation at hand. I do not know the name of the young lady who answered the phone when I called but I wasn't exactly in the mood to talk on the phone. (If she is reading this I want to both thank her for her professionalism and patience, but also I want to send her my apologies). Not only was she patient and polite but she followed up with me on the eta for the technician and told me to have a good day. This changed my mood for the day. Juan and Danny were both very polite and professional. Explained to me what the issue was and they were in and out faster than I expected. It kind of felt like I was talking to a couple of old friends. Will be using them again if needed.

Louis and his crew responded to my call almost immediately. They were professional, efficient yet thorough, clean, and did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the job, and thanks for rescuing me!

+I'm not good with names but, I remember John was the supervisor, Louis was the first one to try to clear the clog. Sorry, there were about six more guys won the job. They were all polite and helpful. We only lost the use of the laundry and had to self dump the gray water from the kitchen sink. We were only asked to stop using the plumbing twice for a very short time. John kept informed during the whole process.The job was done quickly, even the inspections. Now everything works great. Overall very happy with the way it all worked out.

Drain Right was honest about what they needed to do to complete the job, and the best part it was decent price, I had called other companies and they were way to expensive, Drain right was the best choice. They changed the water lines and honestly I was concerned when they started to open the walls. But at the end I was impressed how clean everything got done and it seemed like if nothing had happened. Enrique was very professional and made things understandable. I am extremely satisfied and will be calling them again in the future. Thank you so much Drain Right
