I typically don't write Google reviews but in this case I feel compelled to share my wonderful experience with this company. I had to use Fran Taylor because of my home warranty and going forward I will use them for all my future plumbing needs whether it's through my warranty or not. - My first phone call was from Sandy in the office who could not have been nicer or more helpful. - When I told Sandy I have an infant she and the scheduler Betty went above and beyond to help me get my problem resolved as quickly as they could. Betty and Sandy are rockstars to this company and give a great first impression. - There was a snowstorm the night before my scheduled service to have my water heater replaced and Sandy let me know immediately that they would have to reschedule and was extremely apologetic. We totally understand out of control things happen and really appreciated the constant communication. The appoint was immediately rescheduled and the plumbers were out the next day. - Rick and his assistant showed up 15 minutes early and were very professional. They removed my old water heater and brought the new one in carefully and installed it in no time. The whole process took about an hour. - Rick explained my new water heater to me and asked if I had any questions. From start to finish my husband and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I know these reviews mean a lot and believe me when I say you will have a good experience with Fran Taylor.

I called for a slow drain in my basement. They came out, broke the snake in my pipe, made the situation worse and claimed it wasn’t their fault. Took no responsibility. And still wanted to get paid for not fixing my slow drain and making it worse. Now my house has water sitting in every sink and the drained is completely clogged. And I’ve been hung up on by Richard and Ryan the plumbers who made my house worse and Sandy their very rude voice of the business. They have a 24hr service in which they would not send anyone out to fix the mistake that Richard and Ryan made. What a joke of a business. Hence the only business they get is from shady homeowners insurance companies. All of them I are crooks. DO NOT CALL FRAN TALYOR PLUMBING. They make things worse.

This is only the 2nd Google review I've ever left. But I know how these reviews can really help/hurt a company, so I felt compelled to leave one. Our main line became clogged on a Tuesday evening. Sewage was backing up into our yard....it was not good. I called our warranty company Wednesday morning at like 9 am and told them all the things that were happening, including the sewage back up. 24 hours pass and no call/email. So then I call them Thursday around noon and they tell me they are still looking for a plumber in their network that can be there the quickest. I call back around 4 pm. They said they found someone (Fran Taylor Plumbing) and emailed me their info but said they couldn't be out there until MONDAY!! Um, no. We have two small boys and we have poop pumping into our yard. I couldn't use the wash machine, I had dishes piling up, we couldn't do our "duty" in the toilet (try dealing with that with a 5 and 7 year old boy....for 6 freaking days....No). On top of that my parents were driving up from VA for my youngest son's birthday party and would be arriving Friday evening. I called Fran Taylor Plumbing and told the woman who answered what was going on. She agreed with me that it should have definitely been put in as an emergency in the first place through my home warranty. And apparently the warranty company hadn't even sent over the work order yet! She also said they couldn't have anyone out until Monday but if I called back in the morning (Friday) she would do the best she can to get someone out. Long story short, they managed to squeeze us in on Friday and fixed the problem. Just wanted to say thanks for dealing with my multitude of phone calls and my begging lol...and for getting someone out to my home even though my warranty company was dragging their feet!

Diagnosed a problem that two other plumbers failed at. They were as professional, courteous and as prompt as any company could be. I have used their services both from a warranty aspect and personal.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I made a service call to clean my sewer pump. The owner showed up and while cleaning they broke the pump and charged me for whole new pump. They stole my old pump without telling me.
