Over priced, and they tried to con me into buying a 3500 dollar water system I don't need. Shane Kiefer thought I was a complete idiot, which is good because I wanted him to. He took one look at my water softener, it was in bypass mode. He flipped the switch to engaged then tested my water, and told me it was broken and not working. The softener hasn't been used in a while and it definitely needed a recharge cycle which can take a while. But nah: Shane just wanted to try and sell me a Reverse Osmosis System, a House Filter, and a new water softener system or maybe if he was lucky, and I an idiot: a "fancy" water softener. Oh did I mention the "Service Packages?" yeah these guys want you to buy a 100+ dollar a year service agreement. Which he says will give you a discount on the 3500 dollar package and only make it 3000 dollars. I also had an electrician come out he seemed fine, he ran my electrical line, but it cost 400 dollars for 25 feet of cable. I found out later, he didn't even put in a breaker or even connect it to the breaker. He literally just ran the wire. Which nearly anyone could do. Absolutely unacceptable performance for the price. I'm never using these guys again, and you shouldn't either.
