I gave Carney five stars because of their expert work and friendly service. We had Keith L come out, and he did a great job. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our AC. He had it up and running in no time. Keith also had great advice about maintaining the unit. He was friendly and professional.

Had a wonderful experience with Keith Linde! Arrived on time (actually early, but called first) which was great. Fixed my AC in about an hour and was super helpful in talking me through the pricing breakdown and options. He even took extra time to talk to me about warranty information and updating my thermostat. Would highly recommend!

Always quality service and professionalism. I have been using Carney for my plumbing & HVAC needs since I bought my first house in 2000. I have purchased their maintenance contract/service for peace of mind and I have not regretted it. They take time to explain what they are doing and why and if they find something I should keep an eye on, they explain it and answer all my questions [and I usually have a lot!]. I never feel they are trying to "up-sell" me for something unnecessary, and I appreciate that! Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY. They are all about squeezing out every dollar possible rather than understanding the customers needs and wants. They were literally 4 TIMES the price of 3 other companies I called for the SAME EXACT repair job. On top of it the employees are not friendly and treat you like another number. I am all for spending a little more for good service but to spend $2,200 instead of $550 and get treated poorly is completely unacceptable.

Luke Johnson did a great job replacing some water shut off valves and outdoor faucets. He was on time, efficient, neat, and well organized in his work. It was a pleasure to have him take care of my improvements. Thanks Luke Great job !
