Sal's Plumbing Inc.

Called Sal's Plumbing about our tub and shower drain clog around 4;00pm and was schedule for the plumbing repair today, between 5pm to 7pm. Thomas and his assistant arrived at 5:45pm, inspected and explained the repairs, then cleared out the drain within 20 minutes. They were very professional, efficient and courteous. We will definitely use Sal's again!

Sal's Plumbing to the rescue again! Had a toilet that backed up. Pedro came and save the day. When he finished all is well again! Have used Sal's several times over all the years. Yes they are that good. Today's visit I gave 5 stars but if I could I would have given them 5 million stars!!!!!!!!!!

Thomas was great! He was very informative and was reasonable. We will definitely use them again!

Terrible customer service!! I called for someone to come out today and was told the technician would arrive between 4 and 6pm. I get a phone call after 6pm telling me they just got my call a few minutes ago (LIAR) and would have to charge me an after hours fee if they came now. How about just saying I don't wanna come today but I can come tomorrow and an apology for wasting my damn time. I'm so freaking annoyed! They don't deserve a one star but I had no choice.

Thomas was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything. The job was done quickly and he left the job site nice and clean!
