Frederick and Son Contracting

After speaking with their journeyman plumber, and sending over sewer camera videos of a potential replacement, I could not get a call back. Based on the lack of response, would you consider hiring a contractor that cannot simply provide a courtesy of a return a call to say that they are either too busy to take my job or not interested? That speaks volumes to their level of customer service.

We contacted Frederick & Son for a time-sensitive sewer line issue. We based our call to them on the stellar reviews on Home Advisor. They requested that we send the video from the inspection over and and stated that the master plumber would be in touch ASAP. We were NEVER contacted. We tried several times to follow-up, but again, did not hear from a plumber. I would have understood if the business was too busy to accept a job, however, this should have been stated. (if not immediately, on a subsequent call) This job had the potential to upwards of 10k, but there was no interest. I find this very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed in the company and in Home Advisor, as I have received other fantastic contractors from the site.
