They were quick to identify the issues and really efficient to fix it in a safely manner. They were really professional and Ray even took the time to explain everything. Ray and his son came out at the last minute on a holiday weekend and fixed my problem quickly efficiently and at a really great price then they went above and beyond to come over the very next day to remove an extremely large very old air conditioner that was almost impossible to remove and then hauled it away for me . I have never had to give a review like this, and it is out of great disappointment and financial loss that I share my experience. I have been renovating houses and working with all types of contractors for many years, and have never had an experience like this. Although initially I had a positive experience with Ray on a couple of other projects, I would not recommend Ray as a contractor based on the following observations from his recent work for me on a flip house: 1) Poor workmanship, 2) Failure to finish work that he was paid for, and 3) Lack of professionalism. It is my sincere hope that Ray will end up refunding me what is still owed from work he did not finish, and that he will not treat another customer the way he treated me.
