Sooo expensive for average service

Pros: Had a leaking pipe in the basement on Sunday and they showed up a few hours after calling. Cons: The plumber messed up the direction of waterflow and had to redo a lot of work. Our basement was unfinished and all waterpipes were exposed so it's not that hard to figure out the direction of waterflow in the pipes. A lot of time and material went to waste.
