Justin was wonderful from the first phone call, which was PROMPTLY returned after we left a message early on a Saturday morning. He asked a few questions about the issue and asked if I knew what was involved with a weekend call. I said I did not and he gave me the information about the options and costs. I appreciated that very much! We made a decision to go ahead and have him come out. He said he could be there SOON, and he was! Yay! When he arrived, he was so personable and professional! He LISTENED carefully to get all of the information about the issue, proceeded to diagnose the problem and kept us informed throughout the process! We appreciated that! When he had to leave my house, he let us know that he would be right back, which he was. Justin was so very polite, he told us a bit about himself as he was waiting for the faucet to drain. We just really appreciated his pleasant and professional demeanor and, although we hope not to need plumbing services, we will certainly request him should we need them.

Several days ago, while it was REALLY HOT outside our ac stopped working. We called Home Climates. Within several hours Mason C., our technician arrived. They had to order a part. The part came the next morning. Mason came out, installed the part and had us up and cooling down quickly!!!

I reported that my upstairs bedroom had no air conditioning going into the room. After 2 visits both technicians confirmed I was correct but would have to send someone from the installation crew to figure out what happened. Well a week later Terry and Josh arrived with another technician and within the hour we have air ????. This team was wonderful, quick, effecient and so courteous. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Thanks guys and office staff.

Excellent work done on a retro-fit to a 17 year old furnace/AC combo. Couldn't ask for a better crew to work on your equipment. They were prompt with coming out to estimate and when they arrived on repair day they had everything they needed to do the job completely. The sales rep was very thorough and very knowledgeable about brands and product info to help YOU make the choice. Highly recommend this company for your AC needs!

Mason did an amazing job, he was very sorry for coming later in the day , and he was very helpful with showing us all he was doing and explaining exactly what was wrong. He fixed our problem in a timely manner. He was very kind and respectful. Thank you home Climates we will call in the future for other needs that arise. Smith's
