Recently purchased a home that needed a new sewer install. T.O. Plumbing gave the most reasonable bid and did the job flawlessly. They were very professional and honest throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new sewer.
Tom was the right person for the job. He was the most reasonable priced, skilled, efficient, timely and friendliest individual I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. You did a great job Thank you for all your hard work and time.
We had sewage back up into our basement. Another company wanted to charge me $6k for work that didn't even need to be done. T.O. Plumbing came to the rescue. They had the clog fixed in less than an hour for MUCH MUCH less $$. Their service work was excellent, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would HIGHLY recommend T.O. Plumbing to anyone!!
I needed my sewer pipe lined. Received 4 estimates and T.O. was the most reasonable. Tom showed up on time and was very professional. We ran into a problem with a pipe that was broken, but Tom was able to repair it and continue the lining. He would not take any money until the job was complete. Very nice guy. Would recommend for any sewer problem you might have.
BEWARE- THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! COMPLETELY RUDE, DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I purchased a house that required a sewer liner. He gave a low ball estimate approx $1,000-$1,500 less than the other two I received-so unfortunately the bank chose his. He strung me along for months with occasional calls, promising/pleading to do the work because he "really wanted to get into O'Hara Twp" based on my referrals. As the deadline to repair the sewer approached he stopped returning my calls/texts altogether. He almost cost me thousands in fines and I had to scramble to find another plumber. I had to pay a reputable plumber hundreds of dollars extra (out of pocket) to make up the difference in the amount the bank provided, based on his low-ball estimate. As an excuse to cancel he showed up unannounced two months late, supposedly to start the job, and claimed he broke his camera on rocks. Rocks that mysteriously appeared upon his arrival-that weren't there when the dye test was done just weeks before. He was rude to my neighbors when they asked who he was and why he was there, and left in a hurry-leaving them to remove the rocks that he most likely placed in the sewer. He then said he couldn't do the work because he didn't have another camera (other plumbers have at least 12) and claimed he "couldn't afford to fix the one he broke." He actually implied he was doing me a favor by not charging me for the camera he supposedly broke on "MY rocks in MY sewer!" I found out from other plumbers that he is regarded as a "joke" and does this "all the time"-makes a low-ball bid to get the job, overbooks and then cancels at the last minute. Do yourself a favor and avoid him like the plague. I highly recommend Matt Mertz Plumbing-extremely reasonable, honest and professional!
