Jenkins and McMahon always has what I need, and they are very knowledgeable. They answer all of my questions and make suggestions when I explain what I’m trying to do.

First time here and glad we stopped by. The owner is very knowledgeable and provide a personal service. He answered all of our question regarding plumbing issues we're having. Provided all the information on the parts we need and helped us to find a local licensed plumber that will assist us with our multiple projects ( install reverse osmosis water system in a remote area)

Walking into this place is like a playground for the plumbing and HVAC world. They have just about everything you could possibly need to get. So are the prices are a little higher than going to the big orange or blue box store for something that they probably won't have anyway....well the only thing I can say about that is, when you go to Disneyworld, don't complain. Just be happy they are here. I enjoyed speaking to someone that knew what I was talking about and was very helpful.

Can't believe I have to even give this place a single star. I was sold an over priced product with missing parts which cost me hours to resolve. My attempt to return the product was met with disrespect and outright abuse. I was deliberately insulted by an unprofessional "manager" with a toothpick hanging out of his mouth, while he slouched over the counter. I'll be contacting the BBB in hopes of saving the next victim. Do business elsewhere.
