Nice people. Easy to get appointment, professional and prompt. Water heater was leaking. Was told it needed to be replaced. Quote was insanely high compared to others and $2000 higher then the actual cost of the water heater. Called to better understand quote. Again very nice people. Took $500 off with no hesitation. ?? Still way higher than others so went with another.
I was delighted with the service I received when my sewer backed up Sunday , Aug. 21. I sent an online service request and was notified online that I would have phone contact and an appointment promptly. The technician arrived early Monday, opened the lines and scheduled the necessary long-term cleaning / flushing for Wednesday. On Wednesday morning the work was clearly explained and completed. This afternoon (Wednesday) I've done five loads of wash without any problem! And I've been advised what I can do to prolong the life of the 60-year-old lines. I am one very happy homeowner!!
Salesman Barry did a full assessment of my very old oil heat and central air system (which used Freon) and recommended a hybrid heat pump and oil system. Within days the team was here to do the work. They were very fast and efficient and worked through the day. Brian, Joe and Greg all knew exactly what they were doing. They were professional, polite and personable and worked as a team. Brian, the lead supervisor answered my many questions in an intelligent and understandable manner. I would highly recommend this company without reservation. The prices are reasonable and they use the highest quality manufacturers. .
