Rick came within an hour and did a great job. I was without water and desperate. Wore booties and cleaned up after the job.
Has been there in a timely manner EVERY time I’ve called - emergency or not! Reasonable pricing.
We are absolutely disgusted with their services. They plumbed our kitchen sink. It took an hour and a half, he charged an outrageous amount. My husband let it go until we realized they plumbed it into an old line so the sink is draining all over my basement. He was so rude to us and said he would never come fix it for free. I was home alone and he knew he could rip me off. I talked to three other plumbers later who said I got ripped off bad. No wonder he was the only available plumber then. Unless you want ripped off or your plumbing screwed up don't call this company!
