Woke up to a busted hot water tank. He was here within 2 hours with a new. Installed and cleaned it all up. Price $700 ion a Saturday ! That is very reasonable and he was here very quickly!

I called Paros Plumbing (they do HVAC work) in order to get some ideas on how to heat and cool our house that was built in 1914 (without duct work). Mr. Paros recommended a "split heat pump" system. To be quite honest... I'd never even heard of such a thing. To make a long story short, the split heat pump was exactly what we needed -- and saved us thousands of dollars over having a full central air system installed! I called Mr. Paros back and gave him the go-ahead. He came out with his two sons (a day early). He got them started and they did the whole install in just one day (it took them about six hours total). They were kind, polite, and very professional. They also were very respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves so well, the only evidence that they were even here is our new heat pump -- which is blowing really cold air as I type this! Thanks guys, for great service!
