Dan looked at my heating and AC unit yesterday and very patiently and expertly explained to me how it operated and reviewed with me its current condition. He was very knowledgeable and took the time necessary to explain various options. I look forward to having TE Spall service my unit and assist me with an upcoming project. Had problem with air conditioner.....Dan was sent to find out what the problem was....and being it was kinda late in the afternoon....He didn't rush ......took his time and fixed it...... pleasant and very nice... explained everything.... I recommend Dan ....he deserved the 5 Stars I gave him
