Steve was very quick to return my call and gave me a reasonable quote. Jesse came to install 2 days later. He was a very nice, very talented, and very polite young man, one of the best!!!! He installed the water heater quickly and it has been running great with no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend this company. For the price I paid, I was very pleased with the price and the quality of service. Just so you know my standard, I felt so thoroughly ripped off when it costed me $550 to replace a washer hose with another plumbing company, which also quoted me $3k - $4k for the water heater replacement!!

Best priced. Customer service was fantastic! I dealt with Steve for the quote and Jesse for the install. I went through their online site at night and used the quick quote and it was significantly less than other quotes I had received(Lowe’s and Bonney). They called me the next day and came out and gave me a full estimate after looking at the situation, and it was still significantly lower than other quotes. They installed our new water heater the next day, took care of the permit process, and made sure the water heater was installed properly by reinforcing our stand and adding blocks to protect the piping. I will definitely recommend them!

My wife and I have lived with our 18 year old GE water heater and figured it was probably due for replacement. I went to a reputable company in Sacramento and was quoted about $2400 to replace it. A few days later, the tech (Andrew I think) arrived on time and began work on replacing our old water heater. I checked on him from time to time and he took the time while working about the details of our new Bradford While 40 gallon water heater. He finished up in just over two hours and left my garage as he found it. Super job and we are very satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Pro. Their pricing is straight forward and I like that. No hidden fees and they even take care of obtaining the work permit. Well done guys!

Overall a great experience. Steve was ontime, quick, and very Reasonable price wise. If I have any further issues I will definitely be using Steven and his company again.

I needed my water heater replaced on my 2 bdm 2 ba house. Steve explained why a 40 gal Tank is a sufficient size and how it would support 2 twenty minute simultaneous showers and possibilities as to why my old tank never could do that. I was still given the option of going bigger. Him and Zach did exactly what they said they would do during installation. Check! The final price was as quoted including my senior discount. Check! Improper existing connection of copper to galvanized pipe causing electrolysis was pointed and damages explained, but left up to me whether to fix or not. Check! They worked quick and cleaned up after themselves. Check! What more can you ask for!
