RUN!!! Do not bother wasting taking off work and waiting around for this company to follow thru with their appointment they made with you. AND do not expect any returned calls either when you are sitting around waiting for them during the time slots they told you they would be there. VERY unprofessional and waste of my time I should bill them for my time off work sitting around waiting for them to never show up!! RUN!!! Call someone else and AVOID this company unless you like wasting your time. I called this company two weeks ago spoke to Rob and made apt for 1/7/19 he told me between 9am and Noon. I took off work and waited ALL DAY. Kept calling him after he didn't show up at noon... NO ONE Answers their phone and all you get is a machine. AND NO One calls you back!! They need reported to the Better Business Bureau!!

Rob is the man. very knowledgeable did an excellent job installing my water heater and a very professional. very friendly and highly recommend him

This is my first time dealing with them, but with whom my water heater had been installed with. I had called them to report my water heater not working and to have it repaired. He wanted me to report it to the manufacturer, call him back, then he said he would see me same day. I called him back, no answer, no return call. No visit. They obviously never answer there phone and never get back to you, even in emergencies. I find them Very unprofessional.

Very friendly and personable. Rob is professional and explains everything very well.
