Horrible company to do business with. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. The dispatcher told me that they can bill us with an invoice for timely payment, but the day they came the guy flipped and demanded $2300 right then and there. Screamed at my assistant and at the owner of my company (over the phone). He told them both I said I'd have his check for him when he came Monday. I NEVER spoke to this guy named Mike. Never, so how did I tell him that? I call to complain and some guy named Phill had 100 reasons why the company is so tight with their money and basically showed us they have zero idea how to run a business. Our office cut the check and put the check in the mail the same day. They are calling and harrassing me wanting one of their guys to go get a check from our office in Shippensburg, instead of waiting the 2 days for the mail. Are y'all really that tight on cash you can't do business the same way anyone else does? None of our 14 locations will EVER use Roto Rooter again. Free Flow in Harrisburg is MUCH BETTER!!
