Awesome service, everyone we dealt with was so friendly and professional. Dave was the first person to come out and gave an estimate and was great. The 2 men that came out to do the work were excellent, gave us a lot of information and did a wonderful job.

....Friday appointment at 3:00 so I live work really. 4:30 came so I call running late 6:00-630. Reschedule for Saturday. I call again running late.. I said forget it... Poor business ethic...they should call people back a let them know they're running late .

Main house trap clogged up and I called roto-rooter at 8 A.M. The person who was on the phone scheduled a plumber to come out between noon and 2 pm. I received a phone call at 10:45 am saying they where on their way and should be there in an hour. Tom M. was at my front door a 11:20 a.m. and listen to me, and offered different services/solutions for my clogged drain. Tom M. was very professional and courteous. It took him less then 20 minutes to complete the task and was packed up and on his way in less then an hour. Fast. Dependable. Professional and Courteous Service. Will defiantly call again.

Dave M. saved the day! Roto-rooter's prices are definitely too high but the service person (Dave M.) came trough and fixed the problem. In conclusion, because of Dave, I didn't mind paying the high price and I am sure that techs like Dave keep that company in business. Thank you Dave!!!

Arrived on time, very friendly, informative employee, good pricing, no "show up fee", no "extra weekend rate", fixed the sink & informed us how to keep it working!
