Mr. Chase has been a Godsend at my house twice in the past 15 months. He didn't come in and try to sell me 500 things. He came in and replaced my bathtub faucet handles and fixed a drain vent in my basement. He charged fair prices and didn't waste any time. In a world where any fly by night jagoff will try to scam a female customer, Mr. Chase is a breath of fresh air. He looks at the problem, makes recommendations, and lets the customer make the choice. He then gets to work and doesn't charge you for hours of chit chat and bs. He returned the work areas to their original conditions and went on his way. He's not a man of a lot of words, so he won't be your therapist. He will do the job, charge you fairly, and do the job well. Quite honestly, Mr. Chase was a blessing from God both times he did work at my house. I'm thankful to have found such an honest and no-nonsense plumber. Hire this guy for your job. You won't be sorry.

Called on a friday evening after nine pm. Came over and promptly unstopped our toilet. My hero. Very resonable price.

If I could, I'd give ZERO stars. Tried to schedule an appointment, guy was obviously not interested in my business, maybe because it was not some major job. He kept making excuses. He didn't want to leave a big job to "come and fix this lady's faucet." Umm, isn't that why I'm trying to make an appointment now, so that you will have no other appointments during that time???? That's how you conduct business? Guess what? Called another plumber who wanted my business and I will be sure to give them a great review on Google. Btw, don't talk down to a female. My money spends just like a male customer.

Awesome plumber! Had sewage backed up in the garage. In 15 minutes it was clear! Very reasonably priced! (Much better than anyone else I called)! Highly recommend him!

If there was a way to give negative stars I would! This guy advertises 24 hours but I called at 11:30pm and he seemed to be the least bit concerned about my business. He says “don’t use water, don’t flush toilets”. Really?!? I have kids and that’s your answer?
