Completely overpriced. Was only at our house around an hour and charged us $200. My husband figured out what the problem was and Joe wanted us to replace all our plumbing for "give or take $1500." I almost feel like he was trying to take advantage of us because we are younger.

Showed up on short notice and fixed my tub spout. Fast and friendly service. Well equipped to handle any situation.
