We have used Deluxe in the past, and they have consistently been great! Recently our service man was Tyler, he was amazing. He was professional and thorough. He explained everything start to finish and very clearly laid out our options. We will definitely be using Deluxe Plumbing again!

Cannot say enough good things about Deluxe Plumbing Heating & Cooling!! We turned on our air conditioner this weekend and it was 'dead.' My husband checked all the obvious things to no avail. We made the call to Deluxe Plumbing Heating & Cooling expecting that we would likely be purchasing a brand new air conditioning unit to replace our aging unit. Walker arrived exactly in the hour time-frame he estimated and he was FANTASTIC from the moment he walked through our door! Very professional, took great care to make sure he wore booties over his shoes to keep our home as clean as possible, and was extremely personable and informative with everything that he was doing and getting our approval & providing pricing prior to anything being done. To our relief, what we believed to be an air conditioning replacement turned out to be an air conditioning repair with only a cord needing to be replaced and in an hours time, Walker had us back up & running! Had two guys come and they were very friendly, took the time to accurately diagnose the problem and fixed it in a reasonable time. The men were polite and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely call again if the need arises.

David and Jose were very caring and did a great job on installing my new hot water heater. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the old materials with them.

The owner, Larry Shoemaker, always is most helpful and answers any questions I may have. He is a very professional and personable gentleman. His office personnel are very efficient and personable as well. I have also experienced similar qualities in his service individuals. They are knowledgeable, and Larry also insures that his employees are current in their knowledge of the business and attend programs to become more current when appropriate.
