Very easy to book the appointment. Contacted 2 other plumbers and got no response. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and efficient. The job went fine even though it was more involved them I anticipated. I will definitely use Brinks again.

Brandon was our technician. He was amazing going above and beyond explaining everything that we needed to know about and fixing our main water valve which was leaking. He also answered questions for us about what could help us with future issues that may occur. He also took the extra time explaining to us questions and concerns that we had about other plumbing issues. We enjoyed his professionalism, kindness, respect and patience and his knowledge that he gave us. He's an an outstanding employee and plumber and went above and beyond which is more than other plumbers these days.

I have been working with Bill and Martha on a home in Clairemont that needed main line sewer service. They always made time to explain the process and helped coordinate with the tenant and City permit inspector on multiple occasions and always kept calm and helpful until the job was completely finished. Thank you guys!

I have two new Toto Neorest toilets to install. I called Brinks and asked them if they could confirm that the installer has prior experience with this type of toilet, as it is much different than usual. Dispatch called me back later and said that the installer has done these before and it won't be a problem, so I made an appointment and waited a full week for the install. Twenty minutes before the guy was supposed to be here, he calls me because there was a note on the paperwork describing the toilet, and he's never heard of this type of toilet and has no experience installing them. He said he'd look it up and see if it was something he could do and call me back. Shortly thereafter, he calls me back saying he can't do it. I waited a full week for nothing because someone at Brinks dropped the ball and their installers are not capable of doing this type of install. Save your time and effort and call a knowledgeable company instead of Brinks.
