Our tech Matt (#882) was phenomenal. This Five star review is based solely on his outstanding customer service. We had a pretty serious mess in our basement resulting from an issue with our septic system. We were frustrated by our interaction with our warranty company and by dispatch as we waited hours for someone to come out. Matt arrived well after regular business hours (on a Friday night no less) and was pleasant beyond expectation. He not only fixed our issue, but explained everything he was doing along the way and made recommendations to prevent further incidents. Matt worked patiently with the home warranty company and did everything within his power to help make the best of our situation. We thank Roto Rooter for sending this gentleman to help with our problem.
