I called and spoke with somebody early this week. I explained the problems I was having. They said they will call back to schedule a time for the repair. They never called (just like a previous reviewer had experienced). I suspect the job wasnt big enough for them. Fair enough. All I ask is to let me know up front so that I can call somebody else. I purposely called YOU because I wanted YOU to get my business. My bad experience is now online for others to see.

Completely blew me off. Called numerous times over several weeks and phone number was not in service? Finally talked to someone who said they would come out, but they never did. Gave them the benefit of doubt and gave them several more weeks to contact me back to reschedule. Nothing. Zero communication. Call Gerald Plumbing. They answer their phone and show up to appointments.

Knowledgeable, helpful, great selection of pipe fittings, cut and thread pipe, has a nice hardware section. Friendly people.

We had a pipe drip from the bathroom through the living room ceiling. Chuck came out Wednesday to look at the problem and came back Friday to fix. Easy to work with, friendly and quick service! Very reasonable in pricing! All around great experience. We will use them for all our needs! Thank you, Chuck!!
