We had fast and reliable, same day service. The technician was extremely professional and was able to resolve our issues for the affordable amount he quoted us. We will definitely use this company again if we need plumbing service and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great plumbing.
Very professional, very knowledgeable. Fair prices, would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Fredo did an excellent job of coming to our aid to fix a bad leak in our spare bathroom. He was very professional and efficient. Fredo was able to repair the leak right away after contacting him and his rate was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend you use Drain Surgeons Plumbing for all your routine or emergency plumbing needs! Awesome job!
Once again he did an AMAZING job! Reliable, professional, friendly, and great service!
Scammed, screwed and stranded!! (Pics and Evidence against Drain Surgeons) We purchased our first home in January 2018, 2 weeks later we found out we needed $12,000 to fix a hidden sewer disaster!!!! We bought a home in Alburtis PA. There is an ordinance here that says the lateral sewer line from the house to the street must be free and clear of any deficiencies before closing. As you will see below Wilfredo Pimentel CEO of Drain Surgeons LIED on an official Municipal Document stating our sewer was in perfect working order, when in fact it was detached from the house, cracked in several places and had 6ft of root intrusion. The previous owner? Patrick Cope, who admittedly was a close friend of Wilfredo Pimentels. Fishy Huh? The ordinance requires the hired plumber to record, save and forward video of the scoping to the Borough of Alburtis. The hired plumber is an acting agent to the seller, the buyer and the borough. The scoping took place on January 26th 2018, closing was January 29th 2018 and the damage was found on February 11th 2018. He never saved a video, or sent it to the Borough. We have had both Elek Plumbing and Robinson Plumbing out at our home to video the damage and prepare estimates. Both of those professionals agreed this had been there for years and not something that would have just "popped" up. We have been working with an attorney and have filed several complaints with the magistrate and Wilfredo has ducked and dodged several letters and multiple constable visits. We are out of options now and have turned to social media for help. Anyone who knows us, knows that we are kind, loving people and would welcome anyone into our home. We did not deserve to inherit a $12,000 bill that was hidden during closing, and do not deserve to be victims of a failed law. We do not know how long it has been draining into our yard and it could become a safety issue, we are lost and need your help to share and spread this. We have all estimates, the signed municipal document, videos, and the ordinance in pdf format.
