I could not be happier with how quickly they were on site and got things cleaned up so fast. They made sure to make our horrible sewer back up experience so easy and did all the work for us. For clean up Vinny did such a great job and made sure to leave our basement in great condition. The owner Mike was so honest and was pleasant to work with. We dealt with a few other gentlemen as well but I do not remember their names, but they were also excellent. Very professional. Thanks guys!
They showed up quickly to assess the foot of water in our basement. They sent someone the same day to drain the basement so that they could come back later that day to hopefully diagnose our drainage problem, and fix it. The workers couldn't come back the same day, but said they would be back in the morning. No one came so we called and left a message. Still never heard back. We tried to snake it, but it was still blocked somehow. We had more rain again and the basement flooded. We called the worker again and got no answer. So we called the office and explained the situation, and that they never came back and never contacted us back. They sent someone today to assess and they said they will be charging us again to drain, so we will be talking to management about how poorly this was all handled.
I'll never use anyone else! Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really took time to assess the issue, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He also gave me tips on how to avoid my issue and offered future services to prevent it completely. They have top of the line hardware compared to other companies I've used in the past and they genuinely want to fix your plumbing! I would rate higher if I could!
My husband and I experienced a lot of water throughout the entire finish downstairs to our home and garage. From the first time we called, to the day they came to take away the equipment, we could not have been more pleased with the quick response, the professional staff and clean-up that the Wampum Team provided to us during our loss.
