I had left invites for 6 repair places for my a c unit, as well as called and left a message for one other. NOTING back after 2 days. I went directly to the internet and found Armstrong Comfort Solutions. I talked to lovely Marianne who dispatched someone, Tyler, who was fabulous, within a few hours, even though it was well outside the region he normally services. He came, was polite, covered shoes, made a diagnosis almost immediately, gave me an estimate (reasonable), and the price came in $4 under. He was so pleasant and efficient. I have no doubt they will be my go to company for any future needs. I rarely write reviews, but excellence needs to be shared. I have NO hesitation in recommending this company.
Rob was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly found the issue and resolved it. kept me informed of the work needing completed, as well as future maintenance needs.
Great company. Service was top notch from the service tech, sales rep to the installation technicians. Very responsive, went above and beyond when needed. New AC is working great. No complaints. Highly recommend.
Rob N was our hvac technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very respectful of our clean house. Took the time to answer our questions as he cleaned and checked our A/C. Signed a maintenance agreement with his company and look forward to seeing him in the fall to clean and check our heat pump.
I had called Armstrong Comfort Solutions after regular business hours for leaky single handle tub faucet and 3/4 ball valve, both needing completely replace. I got answer on the phone asking me if anything was an emergency or i would like set a return call for service on regular business hours. Armstrong Comfort Solutions called me back the very next day, schedule a day for work and sent a Professional Plumbing Technician name Travis Wick to my home. He me a 30 min. courtesy call before arrival. He took off old and put on the new made everything fit and look good/great, he cleaned up very, very well and did an excellent on the whole entire job.
