The technicians that were sent were very knowledgeable and polite. We had an emergency at the house and Kennihan responded very quickly. Would definitely recommend. A+ service.
Workers were polite, businesslike, but pricing was sky-high (over $500 to change a simple supply valve, twice the high estimate for this job on Home Advisor)! Also, there was no guarantee this would fix the issue. A REAL plumber diagnosed and fixed my issue in 15 minutes AND replaced that valve, total cost $200.00!
I would like to find a fault, just so I don't appear to be over-stating this, but honestly, everything they did was excellent. The price was exactly as originally stated. They worked hard to do the job right, not just get it over quickly. They were friendly and helpful and patient in explaining everything to me. I can't say enough good things about them.
They were all so wonderful to work with. Explained what was going to be done and when I would want something added or change something....no problem. Had a problem, they took care of it. Cleaned up when done at the end of the day. We are so pleased with our new bathroom. What a wonderful addition to our home. ???????? To Kennihan Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning.
