Stambaugh did a great job installing a sink in my bathroom with very old plumbing...I was amazed with how the gentlemen worked to get everything installed. They did a great job!

I could not be MORE pleased with this company! They are the BEST! From small service visits to the big job of replacing my pipes, well pump, water heater, and installing a softener and neutralizer, they have excelled! Firstly EVERYONE from Stambaugh has been so kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Secondly, their work has been top notch. And thirdly, their prices have been highly competitive. What i love most is knowing that they aren’t trying to take me for a ride. They are always honest and reliable. Steve, Kris, and Scott are terrific stand up guys that i would recommend to anyone. In fact, i already have!!! THANK YOU STAMBAUGH!!

UPDATE 11/30/18 POOR COMMUNICATION!! They really drop the ball after the install is finished. Service after the sale is very poor. Every time I call for service, the only service guy that takes calls is NEVER available so you have to leave a message. I had asked for a quote to have an addition heat duct added when new system was installed and they were supposed to get back to me and never did, I had to contact them. They finally did get me a quote and by then it was getting hot hot so I told them we would wait until fall. I scheduled the job and since the duct would go through a Pantry, I cleaned all the shelves and items the day before but then on the morning job was scheduled, they called to reschedule about two weeks out. Now all my items and shelves are on the floor.... So two weeks later they show up and start working and discover that it will be a little more difficult than they anticipated so they left and said Mike will call you to reschedule..... I waited a full week and he NEVER called. I ended up installing the duct myself. Also the high tech wireless thermostat has problems. They replaced it once already and now it is failing again. It heats to 72 when set to 65 and the occupancy sensor causes the schedule to get all messed up so that has to be disabled. Highly recommend this company. They installed my heat pump in two and a half days in spite of some structural challenges of my home and working around a roofing contractor. They did an outstanding job, very professional and they kept me in the loop the entire time. Their price was very competitive compared to other quotes that I got.

My AC was fixed and the tech was nice; however, I know I was way overcharged on a part. I truly feel it was because I was a woman and I questioned the price. He said it was the price he told me. I didn't feel like haggling about it. Just wanted my AC fixed. Then he mentioned I seemed low on freon. I told him I would pass on it for now considering I knew he wasn't truthful about the part cost. $120 for a capacitor is ridiculous when on average it's a $20 part.
