We have used Regal Plumbing and Heating for years and continue to be extremely satisfied with their promptness and professionalism. Most recently, Lori attended to our needs to have our ac fixed by quickly scheduling a technician to come to the house on the day of the call. Needed exterior spigot shutoff made freeze-proof. Other plumbers were not interested in doing the job. Regal sent Kevin and he and I evaluated out-of-the-box options, settling on moving the spigot. The next day Regal called to schedule the job, and less than a week later, Derrick and Brandon did the job, adding their own fresh ideas. Prompt and creative service from office and plumbers!

I say it again and again and again. Regal provides great service! They service all our plumbing, heating and air conditioning. Their service representatives are super friendly and super knowledgeable. The reps are always on time and. know exactly what we need. I highly recommend Regal, Inc..
Things started off fine. The plumber was on time and not overly rude, though he acted annoyed that I kept asking what parts cost. I decided to let it slide. I needed the work done and assumed I'd get a detailed bill at the end. The work was sufficient. However, when I did get the bill it was only broken down into labor and "plumbing supplies." I need a breakdown of the cost of parts to get reimbursed. Despite two phone calls and an email, they refused to give me a breakdown of the cost of parts. I don't know any other circumstance where a company would charge $500 and expect me to just take their word that the math is correct. This is poor customer service. I'll be looking for another company, hopefully one who values their customers, for future plumbing work. I recommend you do the same.
