Great service great guys! This is a professional business with a professional staff. From my first call until service complete I knew what was happening and when. Brian and Pat are excellent and took care of me quickly. They even handled something that wasn’t on the service request. I have all the confidence in the world that this company will be there when I need them. Highly recommended!!

He understood that I had an urgent situation and moved his schedule around to come within minutes, rather than hours. Much appreciated. He was personable and did everything possible to make a difficult situation better. He was polite and supportive with my tenants, which made it easier for me to deal with my tenants. He clearly knew what he was doing and did it efficiently. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided.

The technician arrived exactly when expected. He explained everything up front and was pleasant and courteous and did a great job. I have no negative feedback and highly recommend this company if you are looking for these services.

We have had Steve K. work with us before, and he is excellent. Tony (the tile guy) is also excellent and he finished up his tile work yesterday. One more visit from Steve K and we'll have our master bath shower back in use. We'll be coming back to Wm. Henderson again, whenever we need quality plumbing work done.

Had power outage! Surge affected air conditioning unit. Called Eric and he tried talking me through a reset of unit . Didn’t work . He came right over on a Sunday afternoon. So nice and knowledgeable! Involved my husband and me on importance of simple maintenance. Fixed the problem in minutes! We were up and running in a 1/2 hour ! Henderson installed our new heating and central air conditioning units 3 years ago. Unbelievable technicians and office staff ! Always always recommend to family and friends . Eric, you are the best !! Thanks for everything you did !
